Message	No, I would not want to wait on my money for any reason. I just think the example you gave should not ever apply in any responsible person's life. You should always have enough "just in case" money before you go spending it on core charges. Money is money but when you rely on getting core charges back just in case something pops up, it really is the same thing as living payday to payday.
